1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading and using DELE C1 Prep, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of service

DELE C1 Prep is a practice application for the DELE C1 exam. It offers exercises based on the official exam format. The app does not guarantee passing the exam and is not affiliated with Instituto Cervantes.

3. Subscriptions

• The app offers free content and premium content through subscription.
• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.
• Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription from your iPhone Settings.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the app (texts, audio, design, code) is the property of DELE C1 Prep. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content without written authorization.

5. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the content is error-free or that using the app will result in passing the DELE C1 exam. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for personal and educational purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Sharing your account or subscription with third parties
• Attempting to access premium content without a valid subscription
• Reproducing or distributing the app's content
• Reverse engineering the app

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
